Links und Banners

On 12th May, 1998 (commercial number 312 O 85/98,) the 12th civil division of the district of Hamburg has decided, that one has to take over responsibility for the content of linked web sides. According to the regional court, this can be prevented only by dissociating oneself from those contents.
I want to point out explicitly that I don't have any influence on the design and contents of the linked web pages.
Therefore I explicitly dissociate myself from the entire content of each page linked on my web side, including all links. This declaration is valid for all links added to my homepage, as well as the content of pages led to by links or banners.
